QlikView provides users with the ability to discover related data thru a simple mouse-click. By simply selecting items on the dashboard, a user can move across the entire dataset that’s incorporated into the Qlikview application; in the case of this sample application, we’ve incorporated BEA and Census data from 1997-2010. The application that we’ve submitted was built in a few short hours, providing a sample of the types of capability we could provide thru www.BusinessUSA.gov. We believe QlikView can provide a software platform for the government to provide data and a organizations can benefit from the ability to quickly aggregate and disseminate meaningful information to users across the Federal government.
