Inspiration
While working with our customers, we gathered a database of knowledge about managing QMS systems within Confluence. We tried to see if AI Agents and more particularly Rovo Agents could help us to perform more efficiently.
What it does
- Fetches templates and processes from our QC knowledge database
- It provides support with the evaluation and mitigation of Quality related risks
- It provides support with the planning and conducting of Internal Audit against ISO 9001 and company processes.
How we built it
We built the app using forge Rovo modules and a simple command fetching text in markdown form.
Challenges we ran into
- While developing the QC Compliance Assistant app, we saw that it was not very efficient to deploy the new changes to the prompt and validate the results.
- It was not easy to fine-tune the agent as well.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
- We are proud that we effectively enabled and imported content from our Templates.
- We are also proud that we managed to understand company processes and return risks based on company-specific processes and requirements.
What we learned
- We got to work with the Rovo agent and see how it operates and how it can help companies using Confluence Cloud.
- We learned how to efficient and effective prompts to use and train AI agent models.
- We familiarized ourselves with AI concepts.
What's next for QC Compliance Assistant
- Develop new agent
- Improve the jobs the agents perform
- Add more tasks for the agents to execute
Built With
- forge
