In the new normal situation, the safety of travelers and staff is of utmost importance. Considering the major safety aspect of keeping social distancing, we are targeting crowded places to minimize exposure.

In an airport, there are several places such as queues at security check-up, baggage check-in, etc. where following the social distancing guidelines can be difficult for travelers and safety may be compromised.

We would like to envision a platform that acts as an interface between travelers and ground staff to help give real-time information and create a safe alternative to the queue system.

An important aspect of this platform is to consider the fact that internet access may be limited at airports and an alternate system needs to be used.

Implementation of this system would increase traveler confidence and also ensure the safety of partners in the airline industry.
