We have talked to a lot of nurses and realized that nurse fatigue and patient satisfaction is a huge market.
What it does
We modernized nurse call bell system by providing a mobile application interface that provide request options for patients to choose from. From the nurse side, the patient's requests will get prioritized from the backend based on severity of the request.
How we built it
Challenges we ran into
It was really challenging to build a functional backend and a controller for the front end, but the mentors provided a lot of help and the database is finally completed.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have completed a really nice user interface to give a fun feel to patients who are so bored and lonely in hospitals. It is highly interactive and helps with patient's safety.

What's next for QBell
Make it multi-language to break barriers between foreigners and medical staffs. A kid version to make children patients more enjoyable. A voice integration that helps with elderly who doesn't know how to use the device, or patients who are disabled.
