Q-Nirvana is a Smart Queue Management and Emergency Response System designed to reduce hospital waiting times, improve patient flow, and support faster emergency response. The project was inspired by the challenges patients face due to long queues, overcrowded hospitals, and delays in receiving medical attention.

Inspiration

Traditional hospital queue systems often lead to long waiting times and inefficient patient management. We wanted to develop a digital solution that simplifies hospital operations, improves patient experience, and helps prioritize emergencies.

How We Built It

We developed Q-Nirvana using React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. The platform integrates smart queue management, patient tracking, traffic optimization, and emergency alerts to streamline hospital operations.

Challenges We Faced

One of our major challenges was designing an efficient queue management system while ensuring emergency cases receive priority. Integrating multiple features into a single platform and maintaining smooth communication between the frontend and backend also required careful planning and testing.

What We Learned

Through this project, we gained practical experience in full-stack development, API integration, database management, and problem-solving. We also learned how to transform a real-world healthcare problem into a technology-driven solution and collaborate effectively as a team.
