Inspiration
In past we had built a "Payroll App" , later on it was purchased by a company which was into Human resource management system & recently we were approached by a Small Business for a Easy to use payout service, we introduced a service called "PayviaMail" where in a business owner will E-mail us a Spreadsheet of payout list, containing beneficiary name, Account Number/ID and Amount, once they mail us, they will receive a phone call for two factor authentication and after successful authorization , our app executes entire payouts. As we saw that the use-case around this hackathon is a payout service ,we decided to build PayZi , a Simple two factor authentication based Mobile App & Web portal for a delightful payroll experience. Our proficiency in building Fintech user experience systems can increase the Adoption rate of this solution among both Small Business and SME's.
What it does
PayZi is a simple way for Small businesses/SME owners to efficiently manage their payroll. businesses can rely on PayZi to automate and simplify their payroll process. PayZi is Designed keeping in mind that most of the small business owners are not that proficient in using Digital Tools. PayZi can be used to organize employee records, calculate payroll taxes, generate payslips and pay employee salaries. The App can be used without any training. Once employee information entered, everything works seamlessly, No need get trapped into spreadsheet formulas, All Transactions on PayZi are executed only after two factor authentication.
