PVC'S Face

Currently, there are 7,497 infected people in Mexico, in the capital of the country there are 2,299 and it has 15 government hospitals, but in my state (North territory of Baja California) it has 4 general hospitals which are receiving patients infected with covid. Lately, it has been possible to hear complaints about the lack of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of medical personnel from different hospitals in the state, which puts their lives at risk. This project is planned to set up a production line with all the security measures endorsed by the health secretary in order to be able to start creating face shield frames and then put them together to obtain a great protection barrier to avoid contagion of coronavirus, this line is estimated and consists of 8 people who will have a production capacity of 6 complete masks per hour. Lately it has been observed that many makers are making these masks but the problem is that they have few daily production capacity, which is an average of 4 for an 8-hour day, while this project would have a capacity of 48 for this same time. Like they would be cheaper since the raw material that is pvc, it is cheaper and easier to get than 3d printer filaments. The proposed solution is this project which aims to create certain molds and techniques to set up a production line with security measures endorsed by the state health secretary with the aim of producing 6 complete masks that have 5 parts, which 3 are made of PVC molding since, as it is a simple and inexpensive material to use, it is suitable as it is quite easy to achieve at the moment. In order to get to the creation of this, molds and presses will be created in order to ensure high quality as well as its fast and efficient production. All this material will be donated first to the medical personnel of the General Hospital of Mexicali, which is the one that has the most infected with covid-19 in the North territory of Baja California and the one that presents the greatest contagion among its personnel, later they will be given to government hospitals in this same city as ISSTECALI among others. The tools are absolutely essential to make this a reality as different molds are used with them to use in the molding process to shape the raw material and the structure of this protective mask begins to be made. The molds will be made of metal and wood for the durability and evolution of these materials, these molds are used for shaping the raw material without losing its quality to make it useful. The presses will help to make PVC sheets to be able to make lists that will become our structure. The following drawing is made specifically for this material and condition as it is once made of a quality skull as well as the chest of drawers for the ready-to-wear material and final finish. The selection of these materials, shape, method, and process are made to scale production to a higher level and increase the creation and use of these to help as much as possible and beat covid-19 together. This project can do a massive amount of production in different parts of the country or other parts of the world.
