Inspiration We wanted to turn beautiful pictures into playful puzzles that spark curiosity and tell little stories.
What it does Find The Pieces: Puzzle Tales lets players drag and join pieces to reveal colorful pictures. Guided onboarding and hints make it easy to get started.
How we built it We built the iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI, with custom puzzle shapes, drag gestures, animations, sound effects, and saved progress.
Challenges we ran into Making irregular pieces fit neatly, keeping dragging smooth, and arranging puzzles on different screen sizes were our biggest challenges.
Accomplishments that we're proud of We created a colorful puzzle experience with interactive onboarding, satisfying feedback, and story-based adventures.
What we learned Small details -clear guidance, gentle animations, and responsive controls - make a big difference in how a game feels.
What's next for Find The Pieces: Puzzle Tales We plan to add more puzzle tales, new artwork, and more ways for players to explore at their own pace.
