Put Up or Shut Up

Inspiration

People have no reason to be reasonable while communicating on social media. This has led to endless arguments where neither side is willing to concede points and build a mutual foundation from which conversations can build. We want to change that.

What it does

Put up or shut up allows two people who disagree on the internet to enter into a blockchain-based bet powered by Ethereum smart contracts where both sides agree to terms and place ethereum on their position. Both parties have the opportunity to resolve the dispute between themselves. If the two primary parties are unable to agree to a resolution, a 3rd party impartial arbiter may come in to decide in favor of either party or declare a tie.
