The words to this song are an excerpt from my longer poem 'In Moments of Stillness', written in a moment of stillness during which I appreciated the fact that I had actually put down my device and left it down for long enough to feel the beauty of that moment of stillness. I turned it into a song called 'Put Down Your Device' to remind me to do exactly that. I used Midjourney to craft the visuals, Kling & Hailuo AI wove them into motion, and Suno turned my words into a song.
