A scaled-down punching bag that includes a roof-mounted component that attaches to the punching bag. There will be two motors attached to Kevlar strings which can be tightened to increase resistance or loosened to decrease resistance. Accelerometers will also provide force readings and encourage friendly competition which will be displayed on the LCD.
