PulseHost started with a simple idea: what if AI could do more than just answer questions and actually help solve problems? It helps users handle travel disruptions, investigate service failures, find alternatives, and coordinate solutions through one conversational interface. We built a web application combining travel recovery, DevOps troubleshooting, and MCP-based tools. One of our biggest challenges was bringing these different workflows together while keeping users in control of important actions. Through this project, we learned that building a useful AI agent takes more than a smart chatbot; it requires reliable tools, proper error handling, and verification. We're proud of the idea and its potential, and our next goal is to improve its capabilities, add real-world integrations, and explore compatibility with supported Alexa+ experiences.
