Compares each factual claim in a public notice with its evidence, blocks contradictions and unsupported statements, and proposes repairs that preserve uncertainty. I used Codex with GPT-5.6 to implement claim extraction, evidence matching, release gating, tests, and the product experience. A future live path can use GPT-5.6 to draft claim boundaries and repairs; the public demo is explicitly a precomputed, tested fixture, and cited evidence remains the gate.
