Inspiration

Enterprise onboarding is broken. New hires chase access requests and wait on IT tickets instead of working. We wanted to fix the entire lifecycle — onboarding, provisioning, and task management — in one place.

What it does

Enterprise Provision Platform is a unified onboarding and provisioning superapp for enterprise teams. Employees get a guided onboarding hub — orientation tracking, policy acknowledgements, and credential provisioning in one flow. Managers can visually map their org and instantly provision role-based access across AWS, Datadog, Slack, and Notion. Engineering teams get a Jira-synced Kanban board that automatically spins up QA subtasks the moment a deployment is marked ready for review — no manual handoff required.

How we built it

Built with React (Vite), Tailwind CSS with a centralized component design system, Framer Motion for animations, and Lucide React for icons. The architecture separates employee and manager viewpoints with mock authentication, simulated communication vectors including chat and email workflows, and RBAC-driven provisioning logic.

Challenges we ran into

Designing a system that works cleanly for two completely different user types — employees and managers — without making either experience feel compromised. Getting the Kanban auto-subtask logic and the RBAC provisioning flow to feel seamless took significant iteration.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Shipping a dual-role platform where both the employee and manager experience feel polished and purposeful. The auto-QA subtask trigger on deployment readiness was a satisfying engineering win — and getting RBAC provisioning to feel instant rather than bureaucratic made it feel production-grade, not a hackathon project.

What we learned

How to architect multi-role enterprise tooling, and how much UX clarity matters when the same platform serves both end users and administrators.

What's next for Provision-All in one company solution

Live integrations with AWS IAM, Slack, and Notion APIs. A real-time audit log for compliance teams. A contractor-specific onboarding track with knowledge graph integration
