This project was inspired by how small businesses struggle to handle endless routine messages from customers and candidates. Many teams answer the same questions every day, lose leads in chaotic chats, and do not have time to analyze what actually happens in communication. AI agents became a way to turn this chaos into a clear, manageable flow where software does the routine and people focus on decisions.

​## Idea

The core idea of the product is simple: any company should be able to design its own AI sales or support agent without hiring a full engineering team. A business owner describes goals, tone of voice, channels, and basic workflows, and the platform turns this into a working assistant that can talk to customers, qualify leads, process simple orders, and collect structured data for analytics.

Inspiration

While building the product, a lot of inspiration came from real conversations with small online stores, agencies, and service companies that wanted “something like a 24/7 manager who never gets tired.” The platform focuses on practical use cases such as handling WhatsApp and website chats, routing complex questions to human operators, and tracking KPIs like response time and conversion from first message to successful order.

​## Impact The most valuable part of the system is not only automation, but also transparency: every agent interaction turns into data that helps businesses understand what customers ask, where they drop off, and which workflows work best. Over time, this allows companies to iteratively improve both their processes and their AI agents, treating them as real team members that grow with the business.
