About the Project: Visibility in LLMs for E-commerce Brands
Live Demo: radiant-druid-1b9de6.netlify.app
Custom Domain: promptaize.com
Team
We are a group of four professionals based in France, all connected through the world of IT:
- 2 Product Managers
- 1 Software Engineer
- 1 Data Scientist
One teammate also had experience building and selling her own clothing brand online — which inspired the first version of the product.
What Inspired Us
Promptaize was born from both personal need and product intuition.
- One of us runs a brand and noticed traditional SEO tactics were ineffective in LLM-based tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
- The rest of the team had experience in marketing tech and were tracking how AI reshaped search and discovery.
LLMs are becoming the new search engines — and there were no tools to help brands navigate this shift.
We started Promptaize to help brands stay visible in this AI-first world.
Because when people stop Googling and start prompting, everything changes.
What We Learned
About Our Market
We explored:
- Differences in how people ask questions via GPT vs Google
- Trust in conversational answers vs traditional links
- Criteria for discoverability, including:
- Sentiment & phrasing of LLM answers
- Presence in trusted sources (Wikipedia, Reddit, G2)
- Answer intent and structured content
- Sentiment & phrasing of LLM answers
Traditional SEO is not enough. There's a clear opportunity in AI visibility optimization.

What the Product Does
We built a SaaS web app that allows brand owners to:
- Enter brand name, URL, and keywords
- Analyze brand presence in LLM responses
- Compare mentions across models (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Mistral)
- Benchmark visibility against competitors
- Run sentiment analysis on brand perception
- Get insights to improve AI visibility & rankings
Tools & Stack
- Bolt.new — UI & logic
- Supabase — backend & database
- Netlify — hosting
- LLM APIs — GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, Perplexity
- Ionos - domain name provider
- Python , TypeScript
How We Worked
- Met 2–3 times/week online & offline
- Early on: joint prototyping, sketching, prompt testing
- Later: split into focused roles:
- Frontend development
- Prompt architecture
- AI optimization framework
- Funnel and landing page creation
- Frontend development
We converged into a product that:
- Analyzes brand visibility in LLMs
- Benchmarks against industry trends
- Generates actionable steps to improve visibility
Challenges We Faced
- Balancing fast iteration with backend dev speed
- Syncing schedules across busy calendars
- Frontend/backend integration across contributors
- Learning full potential of Bolt.new for non tech participants, but in an hour everyone was a master of bolt.new
- Making prompts reliable and repeatable across models
Still, we kept momentum with long weekend sessions.
Potential Market Impact
The shift from keyword-based search to LLM-driven discovery is huge. Like SEO in the 2000s, AI visibility optimization will define brand success in the 2030s. With our tool this transition would be faster and easier.
Beneficiaries
- Startups — visibility without ads
- E-commerce brands — need LLM recommendation mentions
- Marketers — must go beyond Google rankings
- PR & SEO agencies — asked: "How do we show up in ChatGPT?"
In the future, every product team will need LLM dashboards, and every marketer will write prompt-optimized content.
Promptaize will help them answer:
"What does GPT say about us — and how do we improve that?"
What’s Next
- Improve prompt recommendation engine
- Add competitive dashboards
- Launch Content Analyzer for LLM indexing
- Validate with real business cases
- Onboard early adopters from the waitlist
Hackathon Challenges We’re Submitting To
We’re proud to join the World’s Largest Hackathon:
- Deploy Challenge — Built with Bolt, deployed via Netlify
- IONOS Challenge — Custom domain: promptaize.com
- Supabase Challenge — Used for auth & data backend for our waitlist subscribers
Final Thoughts
This project was:
- A deep dive into a real, emerging need
- Proof that non-technical people can build technical products using bolt. new, deploy in Netlify, easily buy domains in IONOS and create easy manageble databases in Supabase
- A mix of the right tools, passion, and a few long weekends
