The lack of transparency and accessibility to reliable market data makes informed decision-making challenging for aspiring real estate investors. Additionally, managing real estate investments and tracking performance is cumbersome and opaque, deterring potential investors. These challenges inspired us to create PropertyPulse, a platform that democratizes access to real estate investments and enhances transparency and trust in the market.

PropertyPulse is a decentralized fractionalized real estate investment platform that leverages blockchain technology and Chainlink Data Feeds. Key features include:
