Inspiration

The main advantages of implementing our project in real life are: 1.) Removal of middlemen. Removal of middlemen or brokers makes the process less expensive. Brokers trying to cheat uneducated people will no longer be able to do so. Brokers often take a long time to complete the procedures and so our project will also save people time. 2.) Distributed tamper proof ledger which prevents any fraud in ownership. 3.) Secure storage of sensitive property registration documents using IPFS

How we built it

We used flutter as fronted ,then used Ethereum based polygon matic for deploying smart contract written in solidity language.Also used IPFS for storing documents.

Challenges we ran into

Being completely new to blockchain technology and hackathon environment, we went into this hackathon expecting to learn a lot, and we did. With no experience on hand, we faced pretty many challenges figuring out how smart contracts work. Sending and receiving transactions was another huge challenge.Connecting our fronted flutter app with ganache.
