Based on the different Apis provided by the company Restb.ai, we saw the possibility of offering the private client a property evaluation tool. The use is very simple, you have to upload images and it reports the state of the different types of rooms, informs which one is in the worst condition and provides options for improvement.
Property Improver
It is a tool focused on the user who is interested in improving the evaluation of his property. It evaluates the rooms, reports the worse one and suggests options for repair and/or improvement.
