Inspiration: The idea was inspired by the how expensive it is to invest in the property industry in Nigeria and the high rate of scams that are happening in the space

What it does: The solution sells a fractional token of the property to people based on the amount they can afford. It is Decentralised aswell which makes it transparent and secure

How we built it: It was built using Figma

Challenges we ran into: Integration of spline 3D elements

Accomplishments that we're proud of: Being able to complete an MVP in a short period of time

What we learned: how to integrate IDX website ( which displays real estate listings from a multiple listing service)

What's next for PropChain:

Integration of a Marketplace where people can sell their fraction of property Integration of IDX LMS integration Development of the solution
