Inspiration

Realtors and investors waste hours manually gathering property data from listing sites. We built Propa to end that — an AI-powered Chrome extension that automates deal sourcing so professionals can focus on decisions, not data entry.

What it does

Propa scans real estate listings, summarizes key property info (price, beds, baths, square footage, ROI potential), and syncs it directly to your CRM. It turns browsing into instant insights — helping you spot and act on hot deals fast.

How we built it

We used Plasmo to build the Chrome extension, ensuring a smooth browser experience. The backend runs on Elysia, handling authentication, data parsing, and CRM integration. AI-assisted summarization refines raw listing data into clear, structured summaries ready for your deal pipeline.

Challenges we ran into

Parsing inconsistent property data across multiple sites was tough. Integrating secure CRM sync and managing permissions within the browser also required careful engineering. Balancing accuracy, speed, and clean UX pushed us to iterate fast.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a working prototype that automatically collects and organizes real estate data with just one click. It saves hours per day, cuts out manual work, and makes real-time property intelligence accessible to every Realtor and investor.

What we learned

We learned how to combine browser automation with AI and backend logic effectively. We also gained insights into real-world data normalization, browser extension architecture, and the nuances of handling dynamic site content.
