Inspiration
Plans are hard to trust when success cannot be checked. ProofPilot makes progress auditable by pairing every action with evidence and a risk note.
What it does
ProofPilot turns an ambiguous goal into five concise, verifiable actions. Each step includes an action, evidence that proves progress, and a risk note.
How it was built
This dependency-light Python HTTP service validates Gemini responses when GEMINI_API_KEY is available and uses a deterministic planner otherwise. It is containerized with Docker and deployed on Google Cloud Run.
Challenges and lessons
The key challenge was balancing useful AI output with predictable behavior. Explicit JSON validation plus evidence and risk fields make every result easy to inspect and test.
