ProofPath Swarm OS

Inspiration

Enterprise AI often behaves like a black box. We wanted to build a system that doesn't just recommend actions, but shows the evidence, reasoning, and impact behind every decision before execution.

What it does

ProofPath Swarm OS is an evidence-driven multi-agent platform that detects operational issues, investigates root causes, generates recovery strategies, requests approval, executes actions, and produces an auditable proof receipt.

How we built it

We combined Guild AI for agent orchestration, Airbyte for context aggregation, ClickHouse for evidence and audit trails, OpenUI for dynamic interfaces, Composio for action execution, and a React/Next.js frontend for real-time swarm visualization.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was balancing technical complexity with clarity. We needed to visualize multi-agent reasoning, evidence collection, approvals, and execution in a way that could be understood within seconds.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• Built a complete end-to-end multi-agent workflow.
• Created an interactive swarm visualization with explainable reasoning.
• Implemented approval and proof-generation flows.
• Integrated multiple sponsor technologies into a single coherent system.
• Designed a polished enterprise-grade operational dashboard.

What we learned

We learned that trust is the biggest challenge in enterprise AI. Organizations need visibility, evidence, governance, and approval workflows before autonomous systems can be adopted at scale.

What's next for ProofPath Swarm OS

We plan to connect live enterprise systems, expand real-world execution capabilities, deepen OpenUI-powered workflow generation, and evolve ProofPath into a full operational intelligence platform for enterprise teams.
