Today Excel spreadsheets run mathematical models for businesses (insurance etc). Spreadsheet models are quite limiting and leaving business performance on the table. Let's modernize this! Proofline is agentic system which uses LLM to generate models as code and verifies using formal methods the the model is correct. We demonstrate this on inference stack optimization, making performance model of H100 GPU and mathematical model of Qwen3-8B LLM. Our agentic system shows 21% inference cost improvement on practical workloads.
