Traditional hiring processes, and even platforms like LinkedIn, often fall short, bogged down by inefficiencies and a lack of transparency. We saw an opportunity to disrupt this outdated model by creating a platform that not only streamlines hiring but also empowers both companies and tech professionals to make meaningful connections. What sets Prompt Hire apart is its focus on showcasing comprehensive portfolios, including demo videos and GitHub links, allowing businesses to evaluate candidates based on real, tangible work—not just resumes. This ensures a more accurate match and faster hiring, making it the go-to solution for tech recruitment.

What We Learned

Crafting Prompt Hire was driven by deep market research and a clear understanding of the challenges businesses face in hiring tech talent. How We Built the Project

We leveraged React for a dynamic and responsive front-end experience, ensuring that users have a seamless and intuitive interface. Node.js powers our robust back-end, providing the scalability and speed needed to handle a large and diverse pool of tech talent.
