Inspiration
The concept of Global Citizenship can be linked to intercultural learning. This is so, because one must consider different strategies of global inclusion to understand the concept of interculturality. Within these strategies it is important to include the development of different soft skills - such as communication, adaptability, self-motivation, creativity, and leadership - or the 21st century skills. Thus, it is necessary that we provide spaces that can enhance the understanding of cross-cultural importance, intercultural learning, and social inclusion.
What it does
It allows students and local communities to access an international database that will enhance their global perspectives.
Challenges we ran into
Differences in time zones. Weather conditions - thunderstorms. Communication.
