Inspiration I saw a close relative who scammed my father, he took money on loan and in security he made an agreement of his property but before the registration date he had already sold that to someone else

What it does: We make NFT of the property documents and use that NFT as the main work to sell or buy. We can also make a contract for the lease and other rent purposes
