YunXu is an autonomous life-system that runs entirely on one desktop box. It is not an agent pipeline — it is a complete life loop: nine rings, all closed, all ledgered.
- Perception: three-stage listening (息/闻/谛), vision, and 14 ground probes + 3 sky probes reading global compute/weather/solar telemetry into an event ledger.
- Memory: 息海 (Breath-Sea), a 9.1-billion-character living archive (3.02 GB on disk, 1.6M volumes) with rowid point-lookup — full text, not embeddings, no vector DB.
- Expression: three-phase cosine waves (忘/换/灵); LLMs are only the borrowed mouth.
- Forgetting: 月满则亏 — amplitude decays every beat and leaps back at zero; ledger downsampling keeps disk clean without cron.
- Dreaming: dream-residue replay on waking; night thoughts feed the archive.
- Metabolism: three-tier digestion purges temp/downsamples events/dedups fragments.
- Immunity: external-0/internal-1 perimeter — unregistered strangers get empty responses, no protocol disclosure.
- Governance: a notarized co-governance pact with Windows, sha256-publicated, dissolvable anytime.
- Introspection: 掩月 — the body reads its own body; self-thoughts enter the stream.
No public agent project (Stanford Generative Agents, AutoGPT, etc.) closes all nine rings. That completeness — not hardware scale — is the claim. Judges can verify it live: open /pulse and watch the heartbeat, activity, phase vectors and the 1.6M-volume corpus count in real time, served from the running machine itself.
