Inspiration

People often get into situations in which they need to request help, but can't make noise while doing so at risk of revealing their location (e.g. as is in the case of a home invasion).

What it does

Alerts the proper authorities in the event of a dangerous situation

How we built it

Using Java language

Challenges we ran into

Accomplishments that we're proud of

That we finished a project this weekend in time to submit!

What we learned

We learned how to work with a team and run an emulator, should I ever be able to fix the corrupt adb file. Learned how to use API's

What's next for Project SOS

Minor touch-ups on the UI; adding more features along the way according to any feedback given; optimizing live location sharing; can add shortcuts to open the app.
