We created a prototype of a service that provides professors with the ability to create a more in-depth learning experience for their students. Professors are able to assign overall learning goals for their course to different assignments. Through doing this, students are able to see what topics each assignment is targeting, and subsequently which topics they need to give more attention to in order to get the most out of the class.
Through using this tool, student's will be able to analyzing their own learning experience against the learning goals for a specific course in comparison to their grades. Through utilizing an attractive user interface to convey this information, students will be able to see what they are specifically doing wrong and how this relates overall to the entire course. The system provides a way of giving positive re-enfomrcment and personalized learning to students through the web; which ultimately leads to the improvement of student success.
