Our project is an AI-powered digital wallet pass generator created to simplify and modernise the onboarding experience for businesses using Romax Digital. We noticed that creating digital membership cards can often be a slow and technical process that requires businesses to manually upload branding, customise designs, and configure pass details. To solve this problem, we designed a smart system where users simply enter their company website URL, and the platform automatically extracts important branding elements such as logos, colours, and company information. Using this data, the system instantly generates a professional Apple and Google Wallet-style digital pass with a live interactive preview. Users can then easily customise and edit the pass in real time before continuing the onboarding process. Our goal was to create a seamless, fast, and user-friendly experience that reduces friction and makes digital pass creation more accessible, efficient, and visually engaging.
