기숙사 관리 시스템

Inspiration

I created this project to improve the inefficient and inconvenient process of managing dormitory life, such as checking penalty points and submitting leave requests.

What it does

This dormitory management system provides features such as leave and overnight stay requests, penalty point checking, announcements, suggestion submissions, file uploads, and application form downloads.

How we built it

I developed the system in a web-based environment using Replit and separated the student and administrator pages to organize the functions efficiently.

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was connecting the file upload system with the application management process, but we solved it by restructuring the data flow.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I am proud that we designed and developed a system that can actually be used in real school dormitory life.

What we learned

Through this project, I learned the importance of user-friendly UI design, teamwork, and efficient data management.

What's next for 기숙사 관리 시스템

I plan to add notification features, mobile optimization, and a real-time approval system to make the platform more convenient and practical.
