Inspiration

When I found Qloo's Cultural Intelligence API, I wanted to see if I could integrate it into Salesforce to make CRM workflows more culturally intelligent.

What it does

  • Brand Alignment - Show cultural synergy between brands for B2B partnerships.
  • Event Planning - Recommend artists based on company culture and location.
  • Campaign Management - Suggest cultural venues for marketing campaigns.

How I built it

  • Frontend: Lightning Web Components that feel native to Salesforce.
  • Backend: Salesforce services that call Qloo API and process responses.

Challenges I ran into

  • Integrating two different systems, as it always does, takes some trial and error.
  • Making the experience look like a natural part of Salesforce took some iteration.

What I learned
