Inspiration
When I found Qloo's Cultural Intelligence API, I wanted to see if I could integrate it into Salesforce to make CRM workflows more culturally intelligent.
What it does
- Brand Alignment - Show cultural synergy between brands for B2B partnerships.
- Event Planning - Recommend artists based on company culture and location.
- Campaign Management - Suggest cultural venues for marketing campaigns.
How I built it
- Frontend: Lightning Web Components that feel native to Salesforce.
- Backend: Salesforce services that call Qloo API and process responses.
Challenges I ran into
- Integrating two different systems, as it always does, takes some trial and error.
- Making the experience look like a natural part of Salesforce took some iteration.
