Inspiration

Managing projects often becomes overly complicated with bloated tools. We wanted to build a simple, clean, web-based to-do list app that helps individuals and teams stay organized and productive — with zero friction and no steep learning curve.

The Project Management Dashboard is an intuitive to-do list web app that allows users to: Create and manage tasks Organize them by project categories Set priorities and due dates Track task progress Use it seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices — no signup needed

Challenges we ran into

One of the key challenges was balancing simplicity with functionality — we wanted to avoid feature bloat while still covering the core needs of effective project management. Ensuring a seamless, responsive experience across devices was also a challenge we carefully optimized.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Built a fully usable web-based dashboard without requiring any logins or installations Created a clean and intuitive interface that users can adopt instantly Achieved great performance and mobile compatibility Focused on user-friendly design with just the right set of features

What we learned

Building for simplicity can be harder than adding more features! We learned the importance of understanding user needs and keeping the product lean. Designing for mobile-first usage was also a valuable exercise.
