What it does
evaluate hamlah for better hajj experience. One of the Ministry of Hajj's goals for 2020 is to increase the pilgrims awareness and improve their experience. While the Hajj ministry cant control everything, the Hamla organizer can help through this process and play a vital role within the Hajj context. Since the Hamla cares about money and reputation, an evaluation system is needed to help get through the vision.
To enforce positive behavior, the hajj ministry will set criteria's to make the hamla accountable and responsible. In addition, pilgrims will rate, review and suggest ways to improve the hamla.
