Inspiration

Was very interested in international hackathons and AI practice.

What it does

It's an AI-powered, distributed cyber incident investigation platform designed to automate digital forensics and incident response (DFIR) workflows. The system ingests low-level operating system artifacts and forensic data, automatically validates evidence integrity, orchestrates concurrent analytical pipelines, and leverages local large language models to generate structured security assessments. The primary goal of Project Iron Hand is to significantly reduce incident response times by automating manual forensic routines and providing highly reliable, human-readable investigation narratives.

How we built it

From the beginning I started to use Go language as a base of my project and while my teammate worked on ML , I was doing backend side.

Challenges we ran into

Our team just fell apart, and the last teammate who was doing ML part ran into arguments, etc. And blocked me in all messangers, removed an access to repository and deleted all my branches. And also as well while I was working on a project I was learning Go language at first, because previously I had an expirience only with Python, HTML,CSS, and a lil bit C++. So it was really hard to read a lot of documentation and google as well a lot of questions in order to make something.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm still proud that I finished something, even if it's not what we and especially I planned at the beginning. And that I learned and got some skills from this.

What we learned

I learned Go language and that sometimes people aren't who they pretend.

What's next for Project Iron Hand original

I plan to cooperate with frontend side and will try to do ML part myself.
