Inspiration
We were inspired by our local shelter "Na Paluchu". According to that we decided to make our own web-app, that will help reduce the homelessness among animals.
What it does
You can use our web-app to register as a shelter or as a adopter. Being registered as shelter allows you to make an offer about active adoption so that other people can contact us or shelter by themselves. When logged as an adopter, you can browse adoption tab and search these offers that suit you the most depending on financial abilities etc. We provide 'preferences' that any adopter can update on their own, so the offers get's better and better.
How we built it
First, we made a django skeleton of our project. We maintained django administration and django data bases as well. Then we wrote front-end of app in HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP4.
Challenges we ran into
Lot of problems with django databases as well as front-end difficulties.

Making full-responsive website with databases of users and authentication.
