Inspiration

Ou inspiration was after looking at my old project, we also decided to make a quiz. But, this one was going to be different.

What it does

Our quiz helps bored kids to have more fun. This quiz is a fun game to determine whether the kid was more like an Animal or a piece of Technology. After the kid answers the question and clicks submit, the quiz will take the info and show a notification if the kid is more like an Animal or a piece of Technology.

How we built it

We used HTML, CSS, and JS. We used the HTML as the bones of the project. It was used for typing the questions and creating the buttons. The CSS was like the clothes. We used this to decorate the quiz and make it more engaging. We used the CSS to change the background color, font, button color, and border radius. The JS is like the muscles or brain of the code. It tells the quiz what its functions are. We used the JS for telling each button the function and for telling the last button that if animal was greater than technology then it would show notification 1 but, if technology was greater than animal, it would show notification 2.

Challenges we ran into

At first we started a design for a COVID website on Figma. Figma was a website that if you drew on it it would show the CSS code for you. We were going to use that but we found out that we had to write our own code. After we went to code pen to look at my old projects but, we had a hard time choosing a topic.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to complete a whole quiz. This is a really big accomplishment because for Pujitha it was her first time coding but now, I am able to finish that project way quicker than the last HTML project I did.

What we learned

Pujitha learnt the the basics of HTML, CSS, and JS. I learnt how to work on these languages in a faster and quicker way.

What's next for Animals or Technology? Quiz

Maybe later we might try to make this quiz better and add some improvements. We could addd more options, add some animations or even change the topic.
