Inspiration

I've often found myself spending too much time thinking of ideas for side projects instead of working on them. This realisation inspired me to create a tool that generates project ideas quickly.

What it does

• Generates a project idea, name, and logo based on the tech stack and requirement you provide.
• Recommends a full tech stack for your project and helps you learn about new technologies.
• Creates a project timeline plan for a specified duration.

How I built it

I developed this app on Partyrock, an user-friendly environment for creating AI-powered applications, offering a hands-on way to learn about and experiment with generative AI.

Challenges I ran into

One of the main challenges was exploring the various style presets available for the image generation model. Despite this, I found the app-building process on Partyrock to be straightforward and enjoyable.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I'm proud to have created my first AI application. It's been an exciting journey from concept to creation.

What we learned

This project taught me about crafting effective prompts to achieve the desired AI output. I learned the basics of prompt engineering, including concepts like temperature and top p, which are essential for controlling AI behaviour.

What's next for Project Recommender

Looking ahead, I plan to enhance the app by implementing it on Bedrock. This will allow users to generate comprehensive project plans in PDF or Markdown format, making it even easier to jumpstart their projects.
