Project Handoff Audit is a Uliya Skill for small project teams who inherit scattered deliverables, inconsistent revisions and undocumented promises. It links each commitment in a controlling brief to source evidence in an authorized NAS folder and returns a traceable evidence matrix with coverage, conflicts, unknowns and open questions, instead of a plain folder summary. Flow: authorize a folder and brief; discover documents (file-agent, ug-filesystem); extract and reconcile commitments and evidence (document-agent, ug-document); review the matrix; optionally approve saving the exact report locally (knowledge-agent, ug-knowledge save-text). Scope is up to twenty documents; empty discovery stops and gaps stay visible. The Round 1 package (SKILL.md plus five references) passes the official static checker; it has not yet been installed or run on a NAS. Built by Northstar Trustrail with OpenAI Codex assistance; full answers and disclosures are in the attached PDF.
