Affirmations by Project Girl App Description

“Project G.I.R.L. (Gumption In Real Life) is a Horizons group for juniors at Miss Hall's School.” Recently, Project G.I.R.L. developed a website to house their affirmations that spread positivity and uplift women who are often discouraged from taking pride in themselves and their accomplishments. We decided to take their website and create an app to increase accessibility and spread their message to a wider audience. The user has the option to explore 6 avenues depending on their current emotional state and is greeted with support and music to match their mood. Initially, we had the idea to create the app with push notifications for daily reminders, but were limited by the platform and time constraints. However, the very nature of an app will promote their message in conjunction to their website.
