Project 12: Terminal-Outcome Intelligence

Project 12 is a private decision-intelligence workflow for clearly defined, settleable events in business, market, operational, and supply-chain settings.

For a frozen event package at T0, the system compiles an anonymous path model, executes coupled dynamics, preserves replay and verification artifacts, and produces one terminal model outcome. It separately registers the strong interference factors that could materially reshape the path, so monitoring and re-evaluation are explicit rather than post-hoc.

What makes the workflow different

  • T0 evidence freeze and an explicit event contract
  • Anonymous internal state handling before real-world label mapping
  • Coupled-path execution with replay and verification records
  • Strong-interference triggers as a separately preregistered execution path
  • Governance and red-team tests alongside the core dynamics

Built with Codex and GPT-5.6

Codex with GPT-5.6 was used as the implementation and validation environment for the coupled equations, compiler and runtime work, test construction, red-team cases, regression repair, replay behavior, and the final runnable package.

The repository is intentionally private because it contains proprietary implementation. It has been prepared for official review and includes setup and test instructions.

Run

python -m unittest discover -p "test_v5_0_exec_*.py" -v
python -m compileall -q .

See the repository's BUILD_WEEK_SUBMISSION.md for the reviewer guide.
