  Our hackathon creation: ProfitPulse. A clean, simple solution for business tracking. Built with Base44 to support small shop owners.

Inspiration

We saw that many small shop owners struggle to track their daily sales, expenses, profit, and stock, They write everything in notebooks, which leads to mistakes. We wanted to create a simple tool the makes business trackng easy.

What it does

ProfitPulse helps users record sales, track expenses, check profit, and monitor stock. It also gives daily, monthly, and yearly graphs. The app sends low-stock alerts so users never run out of products.

How we built it

We built ProfitPulse using Base44. We created simple screens, added the main features, and connected the logic using Base44 nodes and flows. We focused on making everything easy to understand.

Challenges we ran into

We had trouble keeping the design simple, making the low-stock alerts work correctly, and connecting all the logic so the dashboard updates instantly. Making the graphs clean and clear was also a challenge.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We created a clean and simple app that solves a real problem. We built a working dashboard, smart alerts, and smooth flows using Base44. We are proud that even beginners can use it easily.

What we learned

We learned how to use Base44 effectively, how to design clear UI, and how business numbers like profit = sales − expenses work. We also learned how to turn real problems into useful features.

What's next for ProfitPulse

We plan to add more features like AI suggestions, expense categories, better analytics, and automatic data backup. We also want to make the app faster and even easier to use.
