Inspiration

I noticed that many small shop owners don’t know their daily profit, expenses, or stock levels. They usually write everything in notebooks, which causes mistakes. I wanted to build something that makes business tracking easy. That inspired ProfitPulse.

What it does

Profit Pulse is a data-driven project that tracks key business metrics like revenue, costs, and profit trends in real time. It analyzes financial performance, highlights profit leaks, and provides actionable insights to help businesses make faster, smarter decisions and improve overall profitability.

How we built it

I built this project using Base44. It helped me create screens, flows, and logic without confusion. I started by planning the main features like sales tracking, expense tracking, and low-stock alerts. Then I designed a simple dashboard where users can see everything in one place.

Challenges we ran into

Some parts were difficult, like: • Making the design clean and easy • Connecting the logic so the dashboard updates correctly • Making the low-stock alert work smoothly • Keeping the app simple for all types of users
