The Story

A small business can have strong sales and still lose money. The problem is rarely a lack of data but the gap between seeing numbers and knowing what decision to make next. That inspired me to build ProfitPilot a simple AI and Business demo for small business owners. The idea is straightforward: upload sales data ask a question and get an answer based on the business itself.

For the demo I created a sample store with products prices costs and operating expenses. ProfitPilot quickly turns the data into a dashboard and identifies Desk Lamp as the weakest profit contributor. It does not stop at showing a red flag. It explains the possible causes such as pricing supplier costs or promotion spending and suggests a small action to test.
