Having a well-outlined profile ensures that candidates are suitable for the given position. Profile Management is used as is-As-Service for the organization/Candidate. This helps to evaluate, enhance and empower the candidate's skills based on the inputs given

What it does

Candidate provides Personal and profession information along with their accomplishments. This application gets custom-tailor resumes for any job within minutes. This Application helps candidate to determine the next best steps to excel in their career The major area in the Profile Management is Candidate can check the overall profile completeness and also individual metrics completeness such as Education history, Work experience and so on.

How we built it

Profile Templates :

Our profile management application helps the candidate to restructure the profile based on the pre-existing templates. These templates are globalised based on our experience interacting in various geographies and are easily configurable based on the client requirements. This application captures all the raw information using the Pega brain and with pre-defined business rules which have the different weights for different information it generates a fully structured profile which elevates the candidate proficiency.

Upskill : Apart from profile restructure, this application uses Pega decisioning component to help candidate determine the next best steps to excel in their career. We have used Pega 3 tier structure for Issue, group, and prepositions to allow system to process all the captured details combining them with decisioning brain to provide the way forward for the candidate which allow him to go on next level in their career. In the current solution, only Pega based recommendations are provided which can be further enhanced to different streams using the predictive studios available.

Challenges we ran into

Accomplishments that we're proud of

After building up this application we accomplished the completeness of the profile through Guage and Individual completeness by using progress bar. We are able to generate the document using the required templates which are globally accepted.

What's next for Profile Management

In our future roadmap, we have planned to enhance this application for complete end to end recruitment needs for an organization. This application can be used to identify the suitable the candidates for the given position from the streamlined data model which can be further evolved into the workflow solution for scheduling and processing the interviews. The application will be able to connect with existing services from the organization employee management systems which would reduce the overall onboarding time for the organization. This is an integrated solutions which manages all the job requirements and onboarding of an employee using the Pega intelligent workflow engine and robust decisioning rule based processing.
