Web application for students who are attempting to gain experience through clubs, internships, volunteer work, and jobs. Specifically for those who have no previous experience.

Inspiration

We were inspired by HackHayward's mission statement and chose to make a web application that connects high school and college students to internships, clubs, and jobs that require no prior experience so they can have things that they can add to their college applications/resumes.

What it does

Our webpage will have resume help, an AI chatbot that students can use to ask questions relating to jobs or our webpage, a full list of open experiences, and an opportunity to review companies for other students to see.

How we built it

We build our webpage using a Wix website creator and also are in the process of perfecting our chatbot. We used an open-source database for our current list of jobs but plan to create our database in the future.

Challenges we ran into

The hardest part of this project was creating the ChatBot but we were able to create at least a demo version that we will continue to perfect.

We are proud of how smoothly the website runs and the work put into this project.

What we learned

We learned how to design a website and furthered our computer skills.

What's next for Professional Life Mady Easy

We will continue to perfect the website and integrate AI into the job list so it can continue to add new job postings daily.
