Inspiration: I have seen people, I included struggle with perfoming a role in real life situation without initial exposure. For example public speaking without exposure to a crowd or some training can be tough, doing sales without exposure to different people (gender, race, background etc) can be challenging also. For those people that are introverted, this is like a disaster to them. And sometime you may not have someone who can teach you how to handle this professions in real life, instead you encounter them while in field.

What it does: So, I thought why not have a plaform that anyone can come and practice their skills using a simulated environment. For example, Brenda can role-play as the crowd then the user practice as thier public speaking skill assuming Brenda as the audience.

How I built it: development of Brenda Professional Agent started by research through online. Then I started to create the platform, first frontend then backend. Integrated voice AI agent from elevenlabs and then Gemini flash from Google.

Challenges we ran into: Challenge number 1 was subscription of these APIs (elevenlabs and Google cloud). Being a starter with no funds can be real tough.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of: Despite the few challenges, I'm glad that idea has come life it is working.

What we learned: Building sometimes can be tough, but with consistence and sacrifice can be rewarding at the end.

What's next for Professional Agent (Brenda): I'm eagerly planning to publish Brenda for public use, then get the feedback from different users on how we can modify it to fit their needs.
