Building great products is hard—especially for small teams and early-stage founders. Product management tools are either too rigid, too complex, or lack intelligent support. We wanted to create a smarter, simpler solution that feels like having an expert product coach by your side every day.

What It Does

Profecta is a next-generation SaaS platform designed for product managers, founders, and growing teams. It combines AI-driven guidance, interactive skill sprints, and real-world PM challenges to help users sharpen decision-making and ship better products—faster.

How We Built It

We built Profecta using Bolt.new for a fast, flexible front-end experience, Supabase for scalable data and authentication, and n8n to orchestrate AI-driven workflows and real-time chat integrations. Our AI agent leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to deliver explainable, evidence-based guidance sourced from an embedded curriculum, reference guides, and user interactions.

Challenges We Ran Into

  • Integrating a dynamic, multi-turn AI chat (Maven) that feels natural and useful.
  • Designing a gamified learning UX that’s engaging but not distracting.
  • Managing real-time state and seamless user experience across Skill Sprints, chat, and curriculum progress.
  • Ensuring rapid response times with AI while keeping the interface snappy and intuitive.
