Challenges we ran into

• Unclear technical limitations and possibilities due to the greenfield nature of the industry
• Problem space is very new and not clearly defined at the moment

Accomplishments that we're proud of

• Creating a cohesive vision for the product for has the potential to change how work is performed
• Long term vision of a potential new service line enabled by this product

What we learned

• Identified several gaps in how current remote working tooling is serving both clients and employees
